By engaging with HRYU Enterprise, you agree to be bound by the Contracts Act 1950 of Malaysia and the following operational terms.与 HRYU Enterprise 合作即表示您同意受马来西亚《1950年合同法》及以下运营条款的约束。
1. Project Scope & Revisions1. 项目范围与修改
To maintain rapid deployment, the project scope is firmly locked upon clearance of the 50% initial deposit based on the submitted Blueprint. We allow for minor text and image revisions during the review phase. Major structural or functional changes requested after the deposit will require a separate quotation and additional fees.为维持快速部署，项目范围将在您支付 50% 首付订金后根据提交的蓝图正式锁定。我们在审核阶段允许进行轻微的文字和图片修改。订金支付后若要求进行重大的结构或功能变更，将需要单独报价并收取额外费用。
2. Payment & Non-Refundable Deposits2. 付款与不退还订金
A 50% upfront deposit is required to secure server architecture and commence development. This deposit is strictly non-refundable as it covers immediate labor and unrecoverable digital asset acquisitions. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared prior to the final website handover and live deployment.需要支付 50% 的预付订金以锁定服务器架构并开始开发。该订金严格不予退还，因为它涵盖了即时的人工成本和不可回收的数字资产购置。剩余的 50% 尾款必须在最终网站移交和正式上线前结清。
3. Client Asset Liability (Copyright)3. 客户资产责任 (版权)
The client is solely responsible for providing all text content, images, logos, and digital assets required for the website (unless utilizing our Professional Copywriting add-on). The client unconditionally guarantees that they hold the legal licenses and copyright to all provided materials. HRYU Enterprise is entirely exempt from any copyright infringement claims resulting from materials supplied by the client.客户需全权负责提供网站所需的所有文本内容、图片、Logo 和数字资产（除非使用了我们的专业文案附加服务）。客户无条件保证他们拥有所有提供材料的合法许可和版权。对于因客户提供的材料而导致的任何版权侵权索赔，HRYU Enterprise 完全免责。
4. Fully Managed Hosting & Domain Renewals4. 全权代管与域名续费
If you selected the Fully Managed architecture, your first year of domain registration, SSL certificates, and cloud hosting is included. Starting from Year 2, an annual renewal fee (ranging from RM 350 to RM 450 depending on your domain extension) is required to maintain services. Failure to remit the renewal fee within 14 days of expiration will result in automated server suspension and eventual deletion of digital assets.如果您选择了全权代管架构，第一年的域名注册、SSL 证书和云端托管已包含在内。从第二年起，需要支付年度续费（根据您的域名后缀，价格在 RM 350 到 RM 450 之间）以维持服务。若在到期后 14 天内未缴纳续费，将导致服务器自动暂停并最终删除数字资产。
5. Limitation of Liability5. 责任限制
Under no circumstances shall HRYU Enterprise be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruptions caused by server downtime, third-party cyber attacks, or domain registrar failures. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.在任何情况下，HRYU Enterprise 均不对任何间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害负责，包括但不限于因服务器宕机、第三方网络攻击或域名注册商故障造成的利润、收入、数据丢失或业务中断。我们对与我们服务相关的任何索赔的最高责任，不超过客户为该特定项目支付的总金额。
